Headmaster’s PA and Admissions Officer

Permanent Full Time (52 weeks per annum)

 (40 hours per week)

Full Time Salary £35,000 per annum

 

Westminster Abbey Choir School is seeking to appoint a Personal Assistant to undertake a full range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure efficient and effective support for the Headmaster.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the school office, admissions administration, maintaining school registers, diary management, operational liaison with the catering manager, correspondence and communication with parents.

Candidates will have a genuine interest in and empathy for education and you will need to ensure you meet the requirements of the person specification criteria before you apply.
